509, an exciting and rapidly growing outdoor powersports brand is looking to add a highly creative and analytical Digital Specialist to the team! With a B2C & B2B eCommerce focus, the Digital Specialist will provide vital marketing strategy execution and support to the Marketing Director. The Digital Specialist will focus their efforts on managing content, promotional execution, customer communication through both B2C & B2B commerce channels across global websites. This includes managing content and promotions on: Ride509.com, 509 B2B portal, Ride509.eu, etc.


  • Work with team to deliver eCommerce strategy to drive revenue and grow both B2C and B2B channels.
  • Ensure U.S., European, and regionalized sides of the website are showcasing promotions, products, and content as expected across desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop creative and relevant promotions that exceeds customer expectations and meet digital KPIs.
  • Lead timelines for creative requests and advocate for digital asset needs to maintain marketing plans.
  • Deploy and ensure content is consistent with 509 Marketing Calendar and plan, customer expectations, and supports the conversion goals of the business.
  • Drive and advocate for 509 websites’ evolution's and optimizations through A/B testing, data, experience, and consumer feedback.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to increase and drive traffic to websites through social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and monitor SEO, product description optimization, and product content within 509 websites
  • Establish consistent reporting and monitor analytics related to B2C & B2B eCommerce KPIs
  • Evolve and drive optimization of transactional email series including, but not limited to: order confirmation, backorder notifications, shipping confirmation, cart recovery series, and post purchase series.
  • Support the exploration and execution of innovative UX, UI, and customer service evolutions to the digital customer experience.
  • Work directly with Content/Team Manager & Marketing Director to ensure athletes, brand ethos, and brand purpose are consistently well represented through digital channels.
  • Support and update, with direction from Marketing Director, legal compliance across all digital channels.
  • Assist in overall marketing budget adherence and spend optimization
  • Understand and Utilize 509’s ERP/CRM/Commerce software NetSuite.
  • Assist team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.


  • Must bring an exciting, creative energy to contribute unique and impactful marketing ideas
  • A background in digital marketing, specifically eCommerce is required
  • Experience with common forms of digital traffic drivers including PPC, remarketing, banner, AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other eCommerce analytics & optimization platforms
  • Strong computer and analytical skills; detailed experience with spreadsheets.
  • Proven record of strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.  Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Heightened sense of urgency to drive projects through all phases, adhering to tight deadlines and changing situations.
  • Displays a curiosity to seek solutions with established tools and champions new innovations with equal ambition
  • Must be a team player and willing to assist in other areas such as customer service.
  • Experience and passion within the Powersports or Outdoors industry is preferred.
  • Must have ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Expert or advance knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel     


  • Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP system, a plus.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Power Point
  • Working knowledge or experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP system, a plus.  


This position will require frequent complex problem solving and decision making. Candidate must possess the ability to analyze and decode all problems and efficiently make proper decisions using all relevant data.
